[Music] [Applause] you you [Music] [Applause] [Music] the well you ain’t never going to R [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] old friend of [Music] [Applause] mine thank you very much this next song was recorded by

Frank Sinatra and uh it’s called Uh my way I don’t know the words to it so I had to read it did if you don’t mind and now the end is near and so I face the final curtain my friend I say it clear I stayed my case of which I’m certain I’ve Liv life is full I travel each and every High more more than this I Did It [Music] My Way regrets I’ve had a

few but then again to fure to mention I did what I had to do and so it through without exemption I planned each chared course each careful still along the by we One More Much More Than This I did it my way yes there were times I’m sure you knew when I B off more than I could Cho but through it all there was down f it up spit it out I fac it all and I stood tall

and it is my way I’ve love I’ve laughed and cried I’ve had my f my share of losing and now as tears subside I find it all so amusing to think I did all that and may I say not the sh we no oh know not me I Did It My Oh what is a man what has he got if not himself then he has not to say the word he truly

feels not the words what the show I took a blow and did it by the record show I took the blow and [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] thank you very much good meet you again may God bless you [Music] adios wise men say Only Fools only [Music] fool I falling in

love shh well we knew he had a good voice was singing you know because he did do a lot of singing like in church and uh he made his first public appearance when he was 9 years old it was a school competition type thing and U he won third prize sanging Old Ship and he at that time he couldn’t even make no kind of music you know he just sung the song and it was there one thing that was good he never changed his feelings about people or about anything really you know I’m sure he was very happy with his success and uh

all the things that’s happened to him but uh good but it didn’t uh make him think he was U something that he wouldn’t you know I uh live with him till my wife died in 1958 his mother which we had uh been married for 27 years and then in 1958 he went to Germany and service I went over there with him and when we come back in 1960 I remarried that’s when I moved out of graceand and I haven’t lived in graceand since then but I live my land join his I live right at his back doors so we’re still together I know he can’t go out like an ordinary person you

know because people see him and of course they recognize him and they worry about this and that and there’s been so many different news reports out that they’ve made him into a a Hermit type guy like hard Hughes was supposed to be you know I don’t know how this stuff all get started but uh it’s not really true ever started in a in a in the latter part of 54 and he went through 55 was doing pretty good you know locally Arkansas Texas Mississippi just tour in the country MH is where he met Colonel Parker in 1955 uh Colonel Parker was booking shows

down through Florida he had uh people like Hank Snow Marty Robins just a whole package deal of the grand old opera stars so he booked EV with act you know at that time he’s manager was named Bob Neil was a dis jockey there in Memphis so uh he got the L in the colonel and the colonel got the L in him so that’s where it started colon Parker is an Hest man and I think that’s where the the big organization and the big uh togetherness come you know once you find out you don’t have to worry about a guy being your manager what he’s going to do

for you he handles it you do the show [Music] [Applause] everything you sh you [Applause] w [Applause] a [Music] w
